Abstract

The article analyzes the transformation of international capital flows in the context of de-globalization, geopolitical instability and environmental challenges. Changes in investment priorities, the impact of public debt and monetary policy on the financial market are studied. The role of green investments in the greening of the financial system and ensuring economic sovereignty is determined. The author concludes that geopolitical conflicts, global public debt and trade wars are the most significant factors restricting the free movement of capital.
