Аннотация

Предложена концепция экосистемного управления инновационными процессами бизнес-организации для обновления методологии инновационного консалтинга в условиях цифровой экономики. Рассмотрена модель управления инновациями
«зрелой» компании, раскрыты содержание и причинно-следственные связи ее стратегического и операционного уровней. Уточнен подход к формированию инновационного портфеля клиентских организаций. Охарактеризованы современные методики работы с инновационными проектами.
