Анотація

 Розглянуто вплив пандемії на цифрову трансформацію. Визначено, що цифрові технології знищують традиційні конкурентні переваги та створюють нові бізнес-моделі. Доведено, що розробка цифрових стратегій збільшить можливість бізнесу надати клієнтам персоналізований досвід, орієнтований на їх поведінку. Авторки статті дійшли висновку, що для цифрової трансформації необхідно змінити бізнес-процеси, бізнес-моделі, стратегії, відносини з клієнтами, досвід співробітників і культуру.
