Аннотация

Обобщены научные подходы зарубежных ученых к обоснованию содержания командообразования. Сформулированы основные критерии и типы команд. Проанализирована эффективность командной работы, ее управленческий и экономический аспекты. Особое внимание уделено развитию командообразования как бизнес-модели и практическим проблемам, которые стоят перед менеджерами и HR-консультантами.
