Abstract |
Problem setting. Modern society, which is significantly globalized, needs the effective system to manage the processes of global public development. This is due to the desire of the humankind to avoid disasters in their most acute form of manifestation and it also encourages searching the mechanism, which would ensure the ongoing development, prevent the crisis, oppose the conflicts emerging. But the process of formation the world economic order is contradictory, and therefore, its compliance with the interests of society is uncertain. Recent research and publications analysis. Modern science studies the phenomenon of modern economy development value orientations transformation deeply and consistently, as well as global economic development problems – trends, asymmetries, regulation. But the processes taking place in the area of economic relations institutionalization are highly contradictory. In view of this, the named aspect of scientific problems requires deepening the research. Paper objective. The aim of publication is the research of contradictions, arising in the area of world economic order institutionalization relations. Paper main body. The current institutional order of the globalized economy is a kind of option for the world economy organization and management, formed based on the previous institutionalized regime for system functioning; the consequence of emergence / resolution of contradictions between the subjects, product of their conflict and compromise, and result of simultaneous reproduction and transformation the previous institutionalization practice. Conclusions of the research. The process of modern economic life organization is contradictory, and its result is controversial due to opposite interests and values, inherent to, from one side, global economic and political oligarchy, and the planetary socium – from the other side. The civil society is trying to fight for the institutionalization of order, based on the principles of humanism, but global oligarchy – reproduce its power at even higher level of centralization. Divergent are not only the interests and determining for the parties values, but also the motivation and behaviour of the subjects (struggling for establishment of new / reproduction of existing institutions). Short Abstract for an article Аbstract. The contradictions of institutionalization of the world economic order are considered. The statements about its strengthening because of the differences of subjects’ behaviour motivations, which manifests as a struggle for the establishment of new / existing institutions, are determined. The statements that the globalized society is characterized by the variety of world institutional practices are proved. |
