Abstract

The basic principles of the F. Liszt theory of productive forces are disclosed. In the light of this position the structure of the productive forces, the content of such elements as intellectual capital, social forces and factors of wealth accumulation are substantiated. The historical and theoretical link of the categories of productive forces and human capital is proved. The F. List theory of productive
forces is historically original cell of the concept of human capital and the methodological basis of the research of its content and prospects.
