Abstract |
The problem of organizing the legal regulation of mobile services in the telecommunications market in Ukraine are dedicated. Attention on the gaps in domestic legislation in this fi eld is focused. The lack of legal conceptual framework, which should be the basis of the process of modernization of the legislation in this sphere are stressed. The need for such a systematization, fi rstly, the process of further economic autonomization of the information-telecommunication relations in the form of creation of own telecommunication services market, and secondly, in advance of the development and convergence of the technical means of transmission of the signal is constantly modifi es the system of telecommunication relations is caused. | ||||
