Abstract |
Was analyzed the existing system of bodies and persons authorized to manage by state corporate rights, sets certain features of the system and suggested some changes in legislation to prevent abuses in this area and duplication of administrative functions in specifi c organs. In particular, the proposed regulations consolidate the special status of the State Property Fund of Ukraine. | ||||
