Abstract

Knowledge of basis of trust of subjects of market of consulting services as a factor of minimization of transaction costs is exposed. It is well-proven that informative advantages of economic agents stipulate the situation of adverse selection, overcoming of which is based on knowledge about reputation of buyers and salespeople of consulting services, and balance of their expectations is provided by a mutual trust and closing of deal.
