Abstract |
There are historical stages of the «Economic Law» as a scientifi c and academic discipline in the states of the world, the role of scientists — economists and lawyers, who have made the greatest contribution to this process, are submitted. The current formation of «Economical Law» as a branch of law by lawyers (with the participation of economists) in the Ukraine and Russia is reviewed. | ||||
