Abstract

В статье раскрыта сущность глобальных мегатрендов развития общества и охарактеризированы основные технологические тренды и вызовы, которые стоят перед странами. Определено и обосновано усиление роли международного трансфера технологий и проанализирована динамика технологического баланса передовых стран. Проанализировано состояние и возможности технологического развития Украины в контексте следования определенным трендам и разработаны предложения относительно повышения результативности научно-технологической политики.
